Single Sign-On Using CAS

A CAS (Central Authentication Service) Server can be specified in MAPS which allows for a single sign-on (username and password) for all web applications. Use of a CAS server allows a user’s MS Windows credentials to be used for authentication with Evisions applications.

Clicking Add Server will display the Edit CAS Server dialog box shown below where you enter the CAS Server Name, URL of the Server, and a note.

When adding a user to be authenticated via CAS, the CAS Identifier for that user must be specified as shown in the figure below.
